black|Up Cosmetics orders are shipped and delivered by Fedex on business days Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Standard Shipping is available:

Shipping confirmation


After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. As soon as your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
As a reminder, orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.


International shipping


Only customers with both U.S. billing and shipping addresses may purchase black|Up Cosmetics products online at www.blackupcosmetics.com.

RETURN

Return policy


As satisfying our customers is our top priority, black|Up Cosmetics accepts returns.

You must return the unopened product within 14 days after your order is delivered.
Please be aware that orders returned after 14 days will not be refunded nor sent back to you.
We recommend that you send your return using a carrier such as FedEx or UPS for order tracking and guaranteed delivery to our warehouse.

In addition, returns may also be issued in the event that you are dissatisfied with a product's shade. Such returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must be approved first by our customer service.

Please allow three weeks for reimbursement from the date we received your package.

We regret that we cannot reimburse shipping fees incurred when returning your order. Please allow three weeks for reimbursement from the date your return is received in our warehouse. damaged goods

If your package was damaged during shipment by the carrier, save the box and merchandise and notify us by email immediately. Please include your order number for faster service.
